The company has updated the MINI concept compact car Rocketman, which first debuted at last year’s Motor Show in Geneva.
The car was prepared for the summer Olympic Games in London, and color scheme of his body, according to representatives of the brand, inspired by the flag of the United Kingdom. The car will be on display at the nearby Olympic village hall on one of the main sponsors of games – by BMW.
From last year’s novelty is only a prototype red-blue-white color scheme of the exterior and interior design. The glass roof of the MINI remains a small image of the British flag, which is highlighted with special built-in lights. In addition, little has changed design 18-inch alloy wheels.


Overall length of the MINI Rocketman is only 3419 mm, width and height are 1907 and 1398 millimeters respectively. The car has a carbon fiber body, landing formula 3 and a power plant, spend about three liters of fuel per hundred kilometers.
Previously it was assumed that this car can be run in the series, but then the manufacturer has denied the information stating that this will prevent too high a price model for the design and assembly.
